Forum Purpose & Rules
The purpose of this Forum is for user-to-user interaction. This is the place to discuss those "has anyone else come across..?." type questions with other Distributors. It is hoped that this Forum will allow us to communicate globally with our fellow Distributors. We will be able to share success stories in areas like sales, marketing, customer service, or any other similar community based topics you would like to ask each other. We all have a lot of knowledge built up over the years. If we can share this we will all grow and improve and the Foran brand will also grow to better serve all concerned. It is understood that different Distributors are at different stages of their commercial life so no two Distributors will be identical in all things but overall the aim is to maximize the benefit to be derived from association with the Foran Equine Products brand. We would like you to know that all technical, accounts, sourcing and pricing questions relating to our products should be sent only to our head office in Dublin where either David Foran, Dr. Sharma or another appropriate member of staff can answer such questions accurately and in a consistent manner. When using the Forum we would ask you to bear in mind the following specific Points of Culture:
- I will speak with good purpose using empowering and positive conversation.
- I will never use sarcasm or gossip on this forum.
- I acknowledge what is being said as true for the person at that moment and I take responsibility for responses to my communication.
- I will use my discretion to determine if I should discuss a concern in private with the person involved rather than on this forum.
- I am accountable for my results and I know that for things to change, first I must change.
- I always speak the truth. What I promise on this Forum is what I will deliver.
- I impart practical and useable knowledge that has worked for me rather than fanciful speculation.
- I am a team player and team leader. I do whatever it takes to stay together and achieve team goals.

- I accept that the Forum Moderator insists on all communications being civil and tasteful and that while debating and discussion are fine, rudeness, insulting posts, personal attacks or purposeless inflammatory posts will not be tolerated. The Foran Groups, Moderator’s decision is final in these matters.
